Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown. The hotel's location was fantastic. easy walking distance to many downtown attractions. I found the room to be clean and comfortable, but the bathroom was quite small. which made things a bit cramped. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by an unfortunate incident with a lost jacket that the hotel staff didn't handle well.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown was a mixed bag. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to restaurants and attractions, but the room left much to be desired. It felt outdated and had a noticeable stale smell. The service from staff was friendly and helpful, which somewhat compensated for the less-than-ideal room conditions.
My experience at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown was a mix of good and bad. I found the location ideal, right across from the Gerald Ford Library and Grand Rapids Public Museum, which made it easy to explore. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and my room, while clean, had very uncomfortable beds that made it hard to sleep well. Overall, it offered decent value, but the noise from the highway was quite disruptive at night.
My stay at the Holiday Inn Grand Rapids Downtown was a mixed bag. While the hotel had a great location near museums and the city vibe, my room was quite disappointing with a musty smell and dated decor. The service from the staff was friendly, but issues with my reservations made my overall experience frustrating.
I enjoyed the strategic location of the hotel, which made it easy to explore downtown Grand Rapids and visit local attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing a warm atmosphere. However, the rooms needed a major upgrade, as my room had a musty odor and lacked modern amenities like extra outlets. Overall, while the service and location were great, the outdated facilities were a letdown. 🌆😔
